Hot forged parts

Shanghai Mountain Group has nearly 2 decades of experience in hot forging technology. During this period we have developed capabilities to work with variety of raw materials, parts of varying size and complexities in both conventional heat treatment and controlled cooling.The Hot Forging Plant has press lines ranging from 80 tons to 600 tons. The hot forged components go into multiple applications and industries. The total capacity of hot forging plant is around 1000 tons per year and product weight varying from 50 grams to 1 kg.
